Long Beach Water Management District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for:

GRASS CUTTING SERVICES

Request for Proposals will be received by Long Beach Water Management District at Dukes, Keating, Hatten, McRaney, Blum, P.A. located at 13334 Seaway, Suite 203, Gulfport, MS 39503, until Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. local time. At that time, the Proposals received will be publicly opened and read.

Specifications and Contract Documents are being made available via hard copy or digital download. Interested Proposers are required to log-in or register for an account to view and/or order bid documents at www.ccellcplans.us. Specification documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. If you have any questions regarding website registration and online orders, please contact Plan House at 228-248-0181. No partial sets of specification manuals will be issued. No contract documents (hard copies or electronic copies) will be issued to Proposers within twenty-four (24) hours of the time indicated above for receiving Proposals.

Proposals must be submitted upon the standard forms contained within these contract documents furnished by the Engineer for the Long Beach Water Management District. Submittals shall be in letter form in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Grass Cutting Services RFP” and shall be addressed to Bobby Long, Long Beach Water Management District at 13334 Seaway Road, Suite 203, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503 or for those interested, proposals can be electronically submitted at www.ccellcplans.us under the project page. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. Each Proposer shall write his Name and Address outside of the sealed envelope containing the proposal. If submitting electronically, please include this information on a cover page with your submission. An acknowledged received copy of all Addenda issued by the Engineer via Plan House must be included with the bid proposal.

Long Beach Water Management District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality. Proposals may be held by the Long Beach Water Management District for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of Proposer, prior to awarding of the contract.
